Tired of staring at that gym wall? Our outdoor group training classes are the answer!

We deal with all ages and phases of your training, in a friendly environment where we encourage you to attend training consistently to gain the results you are after. You do not need to be fit before you start, it is our job to provide a training session that can be modified to suit all levels of fitness. We encourage beginners to listen to their bodies, stop and rest as required during a session and with our experienced clients we ask you to challenge yourself using a variety of techniques.

You Can Do Fit Cycle and Lift

CYCLE'N'LIFT

This 45 minute class combines the cardio of cycling with the power of weight lifting. Open to all fitness levels, the class will move on and off the bikes for maximum benefit. Along with the bikes, participants may use hand weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, and kettlebells as part of the weight lifting work.

BOX FIT

BOX FIT provides a fantastic cardio workout that changes every week with different combinations to keep you on your toes and your heart rate up. Boxing is a great stress reliever and so much fun that it makes you forget how hard you are working.

VO2 EXPRESS FIT

Minute for minute, VO2 MAX training boosts fitness more than any other type of training. Breathing as hard as you can for shorter efforts seperated by recovery periods with benefits lasting for up to 24 hours afterwards, your body will love you. All levels are catered for and you can choose the bike or running for your intervals plus we mix it up with a few different cardio exercises.

During these classes we like to mix it up, by delivering a variety of strength and cardio exercises in an ever changing format such as Kettle-bells, Tabata and Circuit classes using a wide variety of equipment that will give your body an all over workout, the classes are adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities

HIIT FIT

HIIT FIT Training has been shown to improve: • aerobic and anaerobic fitness • blood pressure • cardiovascular health • insulin sensitivity (which helps the exercising muscles more readily use glucose for fuel to make energy) • cholesterol profiles • abdominal fat and body weight while maintaining muscle mass. Doing this type of exercise once a week is a great way to boost your fitness.

Move Well FIT

In this small exclusive Group PT sessions clients who are participating in our Move Well Move FIT program can complete their prescribed exercises under our supervision, we can modify your exercises as required during these sessions by either increasing your load or taking it back a step.
