Morag is the owner of You can do FIT and mum of two. With over four years' in the health and fitness industry and a lifetime of experience, she continues to study and learn. Morag has developed a flexible training environment that will help you get started, find your focus and maintain it so you can be proud, feel strong and love life.

In pain? Having ongoing medical issues or injured? We can help you regain your health, mobility and live a pain-free life using the latest in technology and assessment tools.

Group or personal training

Choose what suits you, start with Personal Training and then move into Group Classes or do a combination of both, we can design a membership just for you.

Family Friendly

We provide a Free Creche service during our 9:15 am classes plus Children are welcome at any of our classes.

I absolutely love You Can Do Fit! I love to exercise but have never felt comfortable joining a gym before. You Can Do Fit is the perfect balance. It is outdoors (but under cover from the elements) so you get fresh air, and you get to work out with a friendly group of women and wonderful trainers.
