Our classes are varied and designed to cater for the individual in a group environment, we encourage you to work at your own pace and modify exercises to suit each client’s needs. From the beginner to the experienced we deliver a session that will suit your level of fitness.
We are not your standard Outdoor Training Group, with only 20 ladies per class we educate you, pay attention to technique and provide a supportive environment. Plus, for those who find running a challenge we have Bikes to use for your cardio component. We have a large range of equipment available for your use, located on a park with a Small PT room and Office, Shower and Toilet facilities plus an undercover area and Hall to use when required – we never have to cancel a session due to weather!
During these classes, we like to mix it up, by delivering a variety of strength and cardio exercises in an ever-changing format such as Kettlebells, Tabata and Circuit classes using a wide variety of equipment that will give your body an all over workout, the classes are adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities.
BOX FIT provides a fantastic cardio workout that changes every week with different combinations to keep you on your toes and your heart rate up. Boxing is a great stress reliever and so much fun that it makes you forget how hard you are working.
Spin Core FIT
Our Spin/Core FIT class focuses on the four main muscles that we commonly refer to as our Core: the transverses and rectus abdominis and the external and internal oblique muscles and also includes the pelvic floor muscles and the multifidus which runs along your spine. Then finishes with a Cardio burst on our Spin bikes
This class is the perfect place to start if you: have not exercised for a while, if you suffer from back pain or have weak abdominal muscles. The class is also suitable if you are pregnant or had a baby in the last year, have a weak pelvic floor of which symptoms are; frequent urination, incontinence or sneaky wee (such as when you cough, sneeze, run or jump or a diastasis recti, which is separation of the rectus abdominis muscle.
Konga Burn FIT
The playlist will leave you smiling and dripping in sweat. Get ready to squat, burpee, sprint, tone your arms and shake your hips like crazy!
A class designed to get you moving in a fun way, we use whole body movements combined in a way to simulate common movements you might do at home, work or in sport. We always end the class with a fun activity that leaves you feeling amazing.

I joined You can do fit about 18mths ago and it was the best decision. I don't like gyms and I was a little unsure to begin with as I was not the fittest and wasn't sure what to expect but that didn't matter, you do what you can do and Leanne and all the trainers are there to help and support you.
The members are great, you don't feel judged, you can have a laugh and actually enjoy working out. I started out doing 2 classes a week and gradually increased my classes as my fitness increased. There is a class for everyone and everyone's fitness level. I would recommend giving You can do FIT a go, great range of memberships and I'm sure you will love it as much as I do.
